That means that - no matter when you book your holiday for (whether you're booking it for summer, winter, or any other time) you can then decide to change that booking to a completely different park and arrival date, as long as it is more than 7 days from your scheduled arrival date. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: How long after the original booking can I move my holiday to?

    You must take your holiday within 12 months from the date of your original booking.

  • Q: What if I want to move my holiday to a time/location which costs less than my original holiday?

    In the event that your amended booking attracts a lower booking rate than your original or last booking (if you have previously amended your booking), the difference in price between your bookings will be applied as a credit against any future booking with us and will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.

  • Q: What if I want to move my holiday to a time/location which costs more than my original holiday?

    In the event that your amended booking attracts a higher booking rate, than your original or last booking (if you have previously amended your booking), you have to pay any rate difference.

  • Q: How many times can I change my booking?

    Vale Flex entitles you to make 1 free-of-charge amendment to your original booking. (Further amendments will incur an administration fee of £25 each).

  • Q: Brochure Request?

    We no longer produce brochures. All the information about the parks and accommodation, including up to date prices and offers can be found on the site.
