Safety Notices from Vale Holiday Parks
Please find some rules in place at all our holiday parks designed to keep guests and staff safe
Staying Safe at Vale Holiday Parks
We want to bring some of our parks’ rules to attention, to make sure that everyone can stay safe and enjoy their holidays.
Keep dogs on leads
Vale Holiday Parks is proudly pet friendly and we welcome well-behaved dogs to all our holiday parks.
Please be aware though that you must keep your dogs on a lead at all times at the parks when not inside your accommodation. It is crucial for your dogs’ safety and the wellbeing of others that you keep them on their leads outdoors.
We would also ask that whoever is walking the dog picks up any mess made.
e-Scooters are not allowed
As you may have seen in the media, e-Scooters are becoming more and more popular. However, we do not allow any recreational vehicles around our parks such as e-Scooters.
Firstly, because they are technically illegal. The law states that e-Scooters must be taxed and MOT’d as a road vehicle unless they are part of the Government’s “rental e-Scooter trials”. Plus, you must hold a UK full/provisional driving licence to use them.
Secondly, again it comes down to keeping everyone safe on the parks by trying to avoid any accidents, whether that’s something happening to a child on an e-Scooter or someone just passing by at the wrong moment.

Be understanding of others’ needs
Finally, with regulations lifting, we are taking steps to fully open up our holiday parks whilst keeping everyone as safe as possible.
Our timescales on opening are based on what our staff can safely manage and feel comfortable with. Therefore, we ask that you remain respectful of staff, our park rules and other guests.
We are currently encouraging face masks in indoor facilities around all of our holiday parks.
We do appreciate how wonderful and understanding the vast majority of our guests are. Almost everyone already follows the above rules and are always lovely to others at the parks.
So from us at Vale Holiday Parks, thank you! We are so grateful for the overwhelming support and kindness we’ve received in the last year. We will continue to keep everyone updated on the restrictions, and we will continue to enforce our park rules to keep everyone safe.
