Ocean Heights is set in fourteen acres of beautiful landscaped grounds on a plateau overlooking the breathtaking Ceredigion coast and countryside.
Welcome to the park
Minutes from New Quay town, with its winding streets, quaint restaurants and water sports, you will have access to rugged coastline and golden beaches, shopping and, in the summer, the opportunity to spot dolphins from Cardigan Bay pier. Also in the vicinity are several golf courses and various lake, river and sea fishing spots.

What some guests think of the Vale experience
We love to welcome dogs at Ocean Heights Leisure Park!
Let us know when you’re booking if you are planning on bringing your four-legged friends, so we can make sure you’re assigned pet-friendly accommodation. Please note that we allow up to two dogs per accommodation and no dogs on the banned dog list.
There’s plenty of holiday fun for your pups at Ocean Heights. We encourage owners to keep their dogs on leads in outdoor spaces around the holiday park. But with glorious countryside and beaches on your doorstep, there are plenty of open spaces to take them. Please also note, we don’t allow dogs within our indoor facilities.*
*With the exception of guide dogs. If you would like to bring a guide dog, all we ask is that you bring their paperwork to Ocean Heights.
