FAQs

  • QAre towels provided?

    A Towels are provided in our Platinum and Brick Built accommodations. For all other accommodation types, guests need to bring their own.

  • QHow long after the original booking can I move my holiday to?

    A You must take your holiday within 12 months from the date of your original booking.

  • QWhat if I want to move my holiday to a time/location which costs less than my original holiday?

    A In the event that your amended booking attracts a lower booking rate than your original or last booking (if you have previously amended your booking), the difference in price between your bookings will be applied as a credit against any future booking with us and will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.

  • QWhat if I want to move my holiday to a time/location which costs more than my original holiday?

    A In the event that your amended booking attracts a higher booking rate, than your original or last booking (if you have previously amended your booking), you have to pay any rate difference.

  • QHow many times can I change my booking?

    A Vale Flex entitles you to make 1 free-of-charge amendment to your original booking. (Further amendments will incur an administration fee of £30 each).

  • QAre dogs allowed?

    A Dogs are welcome at all of our parks, but only in selected types of accommodation and touring. Please make sure when booking that you choose a 'Dogs Allowed' option. We do not allow any dogs on the banned dog list.

  • QAre Motorhomes welcome at Vale?

    A I’m afraid we can not accommodate motorhomes at any of our parks.

  • QBrochure Request?

    A We no longer produce brochures. All the information about the parks and accommodation, including up to date prices and offers can be found on the site. 

  • QCan I book if I am under the age of 18?

    A We are keen to keep our holiday parks exclusively for family and adult holidays, therefore we are sorry that we cannot accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18, whether singly, in couples or groups.

  • QDo we allow all male or all female groups?

    A We cater for families and couples and do not accept bookings from all male or all female parties of three or more persons. We also reserve the right to refuse any booking.

  • QDo you have any pitches for tents?

    A I'm afraid we no longer offer camping pitches. We do offer touring pitches on both short stay holidays and a seasonal basis.

  • QDo you supply bedding?

    A Yes, all of our accommodation include linen.

  • QWhat is your holiday availability and price?

    A Why not use our handy holiday search at the top of each page to find the price of holidays that you might be interested in.

  • QWhen do our swimming pools open?

    A Our indoor pools are open from the Easter half term to the 31st of October. Our outdoor pools are open from Whitsun half term (at the end of May) to the 31st of August. 

  • QWhen do you have touring pitches available, and what is the price?

    A Why not use out handy holiday search at the top of each page, and select your accommodation type as ‘Touring’ to find the price of camping holidays that you might be interested in.
